Service Dogs UK
- Judith Broug
Judith Broug co-founded the charity Service Dogs UK, and in this interview she talks with honesty and humour about what led her to want to give back to those who serve community, and are left with an unbearable emotional burden.
The charity seeks to help veterans of any service - and that includes not only military personnel, but police, firefighters, paramedics and the Coast Guard - who suffer Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. The charity's dogs are mostly rescue dogs, so Service Dogs UK helps not only humans, but dogs in need too.
To find out more, to offer support, or to find help yourself, visit the Service Dogs UK website, and follow them on Facebook and Twitter.
