This is Mojo, we think he is a dachshund chowchow mix. He has the black spotted tongue and the skin around his face is kind of loose, so if you scrunch it up he totally looks chow.
OMG! How long have you had Mojo? I have a dog that looks just like him. She is 8 1/2, will turn 9 at about the end of December. We got her from a lady in CO who had rescued the momma dog (pregnant and at a shelter). My dog is dachshund (the daddy) and chow/german shepherd (momma dog). I have always wondered what the sibling dogs looked like, and thought for sure I'd never see another one like her!
My mom had two dogs that were the spitting image of mojo. They were dashund/chow mix. They had great personality and lived till they were about 12yrs old. She had them since they were puppies.
