Find Puppy Love this Valentine’s Day at Battersea

True love can be hard to find these days, but there is none truer than that lavished on us by our dogs. To celebrate this dogged devotion, Battersea Dogs & Cats Home in Old Windsor is holding a special Valentine’s Day event on Saturday 11th February. Dog lovers – and their four legged best friends – are welcome to visit the centre and revel in Puppy Love.

Visitors will be able to make use of a special canine kissing booth to get a paw-fect Valentine’s Day photo with their dog. Those who are currently dog-less are welcome to look for love among Battersea’s gorgeous residents. Money raised by the event will be put to use ensuring all the dogs in Battersea’s care – and more arrive every day - get a great quality of life.

Battersea Old Windsor’s Regional Community Fundraiser coordinator Janet Brewer said: “As well as the canine kissing booth, there will be a raffle with amazing prizes and a craft table where children can make their own special Valentine’s Day cards. Visitors will also be able to enjoy hot drinks and home-made cakes, and there will be delicious doggy treats for canine family members to enjoy.”

Here are the details of the event:
