Benefab

When Kat Chrysostum was riding a horse which lost its footing, no one could have foreseen the life-changing consequences. Kat and the horse were left fighting for their lives, with Kat losing mobility and facing uncertainty. The accident even caused her to lose her beloved dog, adding to the crushing emotional trauma she was experiencing.

Our customer promise, with all of the products, is increased mobility and less pain in three weeks guaranteed.
 - Kat Chrysostum

It was when she became aware of the benefits of red lamp therapy, that Kat's recovery really advanced. And once she got her health back, she wanted to help animals be as healthy and pain free as possible too. Now, Benefab is helping dogs and other animals live happier lives, stay active and even perform and compete their best.

Kat also debunks the three myths of holistic healing for pets.

In the U.S., we're the first wearable wellness company to have peer-reviewed published studies, so we have university trials, we really dig deep into the science behind it.
 - Kat Chrysostum

Jayda finds a home

Jayda, a fawn and white Staffordshire Bull Terrier, was found cowering under a bush in Harlesden, London. She was underweight, had infections in her ear and eye, was badly scratched, and had recently had puppies. Luckily for her, Jayda was taken to the Mayhew.

I met her and fell in love with her. I walked in and I just knew it was her, it was the one.
 - Duschanca Singh

Duschanca Singh is the Mayhew's Fundraising Officer, and when she met Jayda, it was a case of instant love. Jayda soon went to live with Duschanca, and now has a wonderful home of her own. She has the best of all worlds though, because she still gets to visit the Mayhew, accompanying Duschanca to work several times a week.

She loves going back to Mayhew! When I've got meetings I take her over, and everyone wants to see her all the time, everyone wants to giver her cuddles!
